- Absolutely No illegal, obscene, or Stolen content.
- No child porn, scat, bestiality, rape, incest, or pee and no violence or simulated violence on your gallery or your sponsor. It will get you blacklisted and reported to the authorities.
- No consoles, pop-ups of any kind, redirects, frames, target tags, dialers, back button manipulations, or talking galleries. These Will Get You Blacklisted!
- Sponors with excessive pop-ups will be declined or blacklisted depending on how I feel! If you send my surfers into pop-up hell then you know what will happen!

- No surfer trapping. Don't lock my surfers up so the back button on their browser doesn't work if they want to come back from your gallery or sponsor.
- Misleading advertising, mis-use of sponsor banners will also get you blacklisted.
- I recommend you don't piss me off! Don't steal my traffic. Don't overload your page with counters.
- You Must Own The Domain You are Submitting From
- Galleries on Free Hosts must be exceptional if they are to be listed. Most will be declined automatically.
